Step 1: Application

An auditor reviews the organization and the requested certificate. A report is made about which states the required audits and checklists. This report gets added to the organizations internal file.

Step 3: Submitting documents

If the audit is agreed upon by both parties all the files get exchanged between certification body and the to be certified organization. All the received files will be added to the internal file, for the auditor to review before the audit.

Step 4: Schedule

The audit gets scheduled through the easy to follow scheduling module. The right auditor gets assigned to the right audit. The auditor receives a notification about which audits he has to complete on a day. This notification includes the right checklists and the internal files of the organization.

Step 5: Executing

With the right audit-plan, checklist and internal file the auditor completes the online checklist. This gets saved automatically and imported into the internal file of the organization, so to make sure no information is lost. A report is made from the audit-plan and the completed checklist.

Step 6: Submitting audit report

The audit-plan and checklists get send to the certification body. There the audit is getting ready for a review. The internal file of the organization is now completed and no information is lost in the process.

A team of professional auditors review the request of the certification. The standards which are not met will be noted as non-conformities within the final report. This way the information is easily available for the people who need access to it.

This states the standard which is not met, what to do to meet it and how much time they have to do so. If all standards are met, a certificate is automatically created.

In here is the option to combine related faulty’s into a single non-conformitie and attribute an overarching action. This action gets monitored with automatically created begin and ending dates.
